Personalized Test Results
You will get the complete results of the tests, with treatment options outlined sent to your office. The treatment options are personalized according to the patients risk profile and to current national and international guidelines where applicable.
If your patient gets the “Complete Cardiac Risk Panel” we also ask your patient to fill out a questionnaire and submit it on-line so we can provide the most comprehensive and personal risk analysis. A copy of this questionnaire (at your request) will also be included in the order package that is needed when sending us the sample. The results of the tests will be analyzed, presented and discussed in a personalized book. In the personalized book, the patient’s results are presented, explained, and discussed in an easy to understand format. We can send the book to your office or to the patient directly. You will get the same test results sent to your attention either way.
